1.1 Fashion & Luxury: Talkville.co offers a paid monthly membership to access our Fashion & Luxury community platform. This platform is for individuals learning French for the fashion and luxury industries. The membership grants access to one group lesson per week on a Fashion and/or Luxury theme, with a maximum of 6 participants. The monthly membership is non-reimbursable.
1.2 Talkville Kids: Talkville.co offers a free membership to our Talkville Kids community platform. This platform is designed for francophone parents who wish to expose their children to English, as well as anglophone parents who wish to expose their children to French.
1.3 Interactive French Pronunciation Course: Talkville.co offers a paid monthly membership to access our Interactive French Pronunciation Course. This course is designed for learners of French who wish to improve their pronunciation skills. We offer a 1-month money back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction with the course.
1.4 Free Trial Lesson: Talkville.co offers a free French trial lesson with one of our French instructors for learners of French interested in one-on-one private lessons. After the trial, paid lesson plans may be proposed, but they will be subject to their own terms and conditions, visible on the page dedicated to lesson plans.
- Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under the age of 18, you have the consent of your parent or guardian to use our services. Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
- User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of our services. You will not engage in any activity that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or the promotion of illegal activities.
- Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Talkville.co or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content, features, or functionality is strictly prohibited.
- Payment and Billing
For paid memberships, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. By submitting such information, you authorize Talkville.co to charge the fees for the service you have chosen on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the paid services.
- Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Fashion & Luxury: The monthly membership for Fashion & Luxury is non-reimbursable. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support.
6.2 Interactive French Pronunciation Course: If you are not satisfied with the Interactive French Pronunciation Course, you may request a refund within 1 month of your initial payment. To request a refund, please contact our customer support.
- Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. Talkville.co will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Talkville.co makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the content, features, or functionality of our services. We assume no liability for any errors or omissions in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance on the content.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Talkville.co, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, or any other claim related in any way to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
